I would recommend Radiant Builders to anyone and everyone. Josh and his crew do excellent work. The employees are professional, punctual, and hardworking. The pool products they install are top of the line. The ICF pool system is a solid pool with great longevity.

Josh was great to work with! We loved the initial design walk through to align on expectations. He started when he said he would, he handled all the permitting and subcontractors. We were so happy we went with Josh for our beautiful new pool!

Josh and the crew at Radiant Builders just completed my in-ground pool and I couldn't be more pleased. The planning started in August and the crew worked through the winter with the pool being finished in April in plenty of time for the swim season. I feel lucky to have found such an honest contractor who is incredibly well-organized and skilled at running multiple projects.

Pool Liner Replacements

Old or Leaking Liner? We Have You Covered

A faded, wrinkled or leaking liner makes the whole pool look tired and can waste water. Radiant Builders measures, orders and installs replacement vinyl liners for existing pools across the Tri-Cities area, and we also install liners on new ICF builds when a vinyl finish is the right fit for your budget.

Accurate Measuring: We carefully measure your pool walls, floor and steps so the new liner fits snugly without wrinkles, gaps or stretching at the corners.

Smooth and Comfortable: Vinyl is soft to the touch and gentle on skin, making it a comfortable, affordable choice for families who spend all summer in the water.

Stop Leaks at the Source: Replacing a failing liner stops water loss through tears and worn seams, and gives us a chance to check fittings and the wall underneath.

The Radiant Difference

Signs It's Time for a New Liner

Faded color, brittle vinyl, wrinkles, slipping beads and a pool that keeps losing water are common signs a liner is near the end of its life. We inspect the pool and let you know whether a replacement or a repair makes more sense.

A Clean, Quick Changeover

Once your liner is ordered, we drain the pool, remove the old liner, prep the surfaces and set the new one using a vacuum to pull it tight. Then we refill, reinstall fittings and get the water ready to swim.

Liner Options

Pattern Selection

Choose from liner patterns and colors ranging from classic tile borders to solid finishes that change the look of your pool.

Wall & Floor Prep

Before the new liner goes in, we repair the floor base and walls so the surface underneath is smooth and properly supported.

Fitting Upgrades

A liner change is the ideal time to replace returns, skimmer faceplates and gaskets that may be causing slow leaks.

FAQs

Frequently Asked
Questions

We've provided answers to many of our most frequently asked questions. Have a different question for our team? We're happy to help! Just send us an email at josh@radiantbuilders.com

How long does a liner replacement take?

Once the custom liner is measured and delivered, the replacement itself moves quickly. We drain the pool, remove the old liner, prep the walls and floor, set the new liner and begin refilling, typically within a few days depending on conditions.

Do you install liners on new pools?

Yes. Vinyl liners are one of the finish options for our new ICF pool builds, along with EcoFinish and Renolit membrane. A liner can be a good choice when you want the benefits of an insulated ICF pool at a lower finish cost.

How do I know my pool liner needs to be replaced?

Faded or brittle vinyl, wrinkles, a liner pulling out of its track, tears and a pool that keeps losing water are common signs. We can inspect your liner and let you know whether a patch will hold or a full replacement is the better choice.
