Outdoor kitchens with gas, electrical or plumbing connections typically require permits and inspections. As a licensed Washington general contractor, Radiant Builders plans the utilities and handles permitting with your city or county as needed.
How do you protect an outdoor kitchen in winter?
We choose weather-resistant materials and build on solid foundations. Water lines are planned with shutoffs and drain points so they can be winterized each fall, and we recommend covers for grills and appliances during the off-season.
